If the charge contacts are not clean this may cause this also. Use a tooth pick or similar to clean out the headphone contacts or wipe off the charge case pins(be careful not to bend or damage the pins). With the headphones in the case(and the case fully charged and not plugged in to usb) press and hold both headphones touchpad buttons for 30 seconds.Open and close the door and hold the charge case button. If it does not flash after about 30 seconds wait for a minute with the door open to see if the led pulses. Hold the button to put in pairing mode. Then double click the button, the leds will flash red. Keep following steps 3-5 until it flashes red, it can take a few times. Finish the instructions above from step 6.
